Your selected design package defines the report and recommendations you receive. Storefront and interior concepts, including AI-assisted images when agreed, show the intended look. Final products and dimensions are confirmed before purchasing.
An agreed plan, selections and preliminary budget. You or your project manager handle purchases, deliveries and hiring workers.
Optional reviews of selections and progress to help the work follow the approved design. Review visits and fees are agreed separately.
For selected project sizes, I can also coordinate ordering, deliveries and workers under a separate scope and fee. Hired providers handle assembly, installation and construction.
Budget estimates separate furniture and materials, labor, delivery, applicable taxes and my service fees. Final costs depend on confirmed measurements, availability and supplier or contractor quotes.
Before work begins, we agree who orders, pays, hires and receives deliveries. Purchases and changes need your approval. Purchasing and coordination are included only when expressly listed in your scope.
