Tell me about your space

A few quick questions before we meet (or before I start remotely). The more you share, the more prepared and useful I can be. Takes about 3 minutes.

Things like a lamp, pillows, a rug or art. You buy them yourself, only if you want to. Many of my ideas just use what you already have.

Spark Consultation · $150

60–90 min on-site walkthrough of layout, lighting and space flow. Ideas on the spot: what to keep, move, or remove. A visual concept without item numbering. Written recap email with key takeaways.

Smart Concept & Plan · $395

Up to 2 spaces. Walkthrough + 2 visual concept options, Photo Map with itemized Buy/Build/Keep tags, smart shopping list & trade matrix.

Whole-Space Concept & Plan · from $950

3 or more spaces or the whole property. Visual concepts, option comparisons, shopping recommendations, task responsibilities and a proposed phased timeline. Includes a client presentation report (PDF) and private viewing link. Project coordination is available under a separate agreed scope and fee.

These are design service fees. Furniture, materials, delivery, assembly and contractor labor are separate. Optional design oversight or project coordination requires its own agreed scope and fee.
